URGENT! I have a damp problem in one of my upstairs bedrooms which I think is being caused by the flashing left by what I think was a porch before I owned the house. Whenever it rains, a distinct line of damp forms inside the room roughly in line with the flashing on the exterior wall. I'm keen to have the flashing removed and it all weather-proofed and sealed up. I am keen to get this done as quickly as possible please. Thanks.
