I am planning on doing a 1st story extension over an existing extension and to move the existing bathroom into a new room and a new flight of loft stairs. I would like to ask you to provide me a quote. I will be available to show you the site on Saturday this weekend.

The extension is approx. 3mx2m and adds 1 room to the property. There are 3 new windows. job also requires the addition of a new soil stack and fitting of 2 bathrooms(and maby a 3rd toilet). i also require the addition of a new flight of stairs. roof will be pitched cold construction mock slate.

depending on price there will be decorating to be done in 3/4 rooms and tiling in 2.

Plans are submitted but have recived pre submission advice from council which appears to indicate no problems. Plans have been prepared by myself but am willing to have them properly prepared if needed.
