Victorian terrace, the roof has concrete titles, so maybe 50 years old. Need the pitched roof replacing front and back, about 500 tiles should do the job. Replace the guttering. The pitched roof needs to be fibre cement tiles or something better, as the front is north facing, need to stop moss growing on it. Ideally, the chimney stack could be removed and the rook taken over the old stack.

Will need scaffolding to go over the single-story extension at the back, and the front due to the height for safety reasons. There is a driveway at the front, so somewhere for the scaffolding and materials.

Flat roof at back, 15m2, needs replacing with Firestone rubber and the guttering replacing.

All waste to be removed, my preference is to have a skip to minimize waste being accessible my neighours toddlers.
