Scott came when he agreed to and was on time. He had dealt with my telephone enquiry and advised cost based on what was believed to be needed as outlined by British Gas Engineer. As soon as Scott started he thought the information from British Gas was incorrect and this proved to be correct. He found two other faults that had caused my heating not to work . Within an hour he had fitted a new part and had my heating working and for a lot less than the quote over the telephone. I will be using Scott again and could not give him a better review than 5 star. A 5 star tradesman to trust.
