Hi. I am seeking quotes to replace existing roof on 1935 semi detached house. Current roof is likely the original. The ridge tiles need replacing and mortar is pretty bad. torching is crumbling hence some tiles are now slipping. Possibly more cost effective to replace whole roof instead of fixing every year? Not exactly sure type of current roof tiles. Quotes are most welcome....
