Flat No. 6 - Studio Remedial Works Required:
1 Install 1x Electric heaters and 1x towel rail as required. (Existing room spur to be used) 2 Install Sempatap Thermal wallpaper and Thermaltek paint - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen boundary walls only. Fit directly onto walls and fill joints) Fill concealed cistern with Rockwool. - Client to supply Sempatap, adhesives and 200mm Rockwool. 3 Adjusting of the front door, installing arm self-closer and intumescent strips. 4 Painting and decorating of all ceilings, walls, and woodwork throughout the flat. (Client to supply paint) 5 Painting and decorating the outside of windows and doors. (Cut out all rot, paint wet rot hardener, Repair Care sills/damaged timbers) 6 "Replacing of kitchen unit doors: - Client to supply doors.
