Customer description

Hi, I would like quotes to remove a load bearing wall between my kitchen and dining room to create a kitchen diner space. The load bearing wall also has a chimney attached which will have to be removed and as such there will need to be 2 steels erected parallel next to each other approx 5.6m long. I have structural engineers calculations and calculations and diagrams to have the steels cut in half and spliced to allow easy positioning within the house.there is easy access from the front door to the kitchen dining area. It needs to be made good with the correct fire boarding and plastered and all rubbish/ rubble taken away in a skip. Many thanks Jamie

Feedback for D.McHale Master Builder

Mac and his team did an excellent job. He turned up to quote on time. He quoted fairly and stuck to the price. He turned up with his team on time and did the job to a high standard. He and his team were very tidy and easy to talk to. Any snags or issues were easily discussed with no hidden costs. I would happily have Mac back to work on my house again.
