This is not my customer but is a neighbour of the shared drive we concreted. This is however, the wife of the husband and wife team, that removed our barriers and drove up it whilst still wet. They skidded in the wet concrete destroying over a third of the work and then tried to blame me. Would anyone then proceed to rectify for free or offer a partial or full refund? I certainly wasn’t rude either but I was firm, I wont be bullied by this neighbour or anyone else.
