I need someone to provide 4 drawings so I can submit them as part of a planning application for an ancillary annex in the back of the garden. I am looking to hire someone straightaway and will give preference to anyone who can provide examples of successful submissions of any type of development to Ealing council.

Drawing 1: (to be discussed with you if this is needed, I will pay the cost of buying an editable version of this for you if we need it): Site plan to show the recently built extension to the main dwelling house

Drawing 2: a) Existing Site Plan (I will provide pdf of my old proposed plans for main dwelling house as a guide); AND b) Proposed Site plan (I will provide pdf of neighbor's plans for an a similar annex annotated with my measurements)

Drawing 3: a) West side elevation facing the neighbor, with two windows b) West Side Elevation showing that the windows will be covered by fence panels c) Front Elevation, bi-fold doors, and one entry door, d) Back elevation, e) East Side Elevation, f) Flat fiberglass roof with two roof lights

Drawing 4: Floor Plan of the proposed annex, showing 1 Bedroom, one Lounge area with study area, and one bathroom. Indicative furniture drawings inside.

Notes: - I will provide you information that you need; Please assume there will be no site visit. - I will submit the application myself; I will just need the drawings in PDF AND editable versions from you - All Drawings etc to be compliant to what the borough of Ealing would normally need for planning permission purposes - e.g. Scale, A3 etc. - Revisions only if something is wrong within 48hrs of you providing the drawings, I dont expect you to do any more revisions after that.
