Customer description

I have 2 toilets that are not filling properly. On one the water does come in after flushing but so slowly that I have to fill tank with a bucket. I can't get to the inlet pipe to turn off water to check valve. On the other it is also slow but the majority of the time the valve doesn't open and you have to manually drop the mechanism to start it filling. I have visitors staying early in December so would like it fixed by then if possible. Thanks
