We had a leak from the loft, and a small portion of the ceiling in the hallway now needs replacing. Its an insurance job. Can you take a look? I can forward you some photos beforehand for you to assess. Regards Ian

Added 21st November, 2019: -------------------------- Unsure if this is pertinent - it's an insurance claim and they have agreed to the job in principle. The leak has been fixed and the area is dry.
