A roofer looked at my flat roof (sent by home emergency cover insurers) above my bay window and said it needs to be replaced as it has perished and has many holes (when it rains leaks into my bedroom ceiling) and will not be covered by insurance. He said i also need the ridge tiles to be rebedded. I need a quote asap as this urgently needs doing
