Scott was the only tradesman who got in touch and I'm so glad he did. He called me on my mobile in France the day I posted the ad (above and beyond!) and talked me very patiently through the whole process before going to have a look at the job. He couldn't have been more helpful; he didn't even bat an eyelid when I changed my mind about the boiler I wanted 2 days before the job started. I'm still in France so I haven't seen the work but I have absolutely no doubt that it will be spot on - and he's taking care of the building regs/paperwork with the council for me included in a very reasonable price. I will be recommending him to everyone, and getting him back to service the boiler every year. Thanks Scott, you're a star! Anna
