I am renovating a 1930s 3 bed semi in north west Bristol. The work will include re-modelling the kitchen, bathroom & toilet, replacing the heating (ideally with something more sustainable), replacing windows, some re-wiring and lots of re-plastering and other cosmetic work. It involves some structural work (removal of 2 walls and enlarging 2 window apertures). I have a clear idea of what I want but would like guidance from someone who has more experience and knowledge who can provide ideas, help me bottom out the detail and draw up a good set of plans for builders to quote on and work to.
