Middle terrace house. Dripping leak along crack in ceiling where further flat roof extension was added to already existing kitchen extension. Probably 20/30 years old. Bitumen(i think) with a pebble covering. Would like a quote to patch if possible since house will be sold and buyers are likely to want a new kitchen area entirely. Thank you - Eleanor Hebbard
