Customer description

I have three jobs related to the boiler in our flat:

1. Fix an ignition problem
2. Fit a flume kit
3. Issue a gas safety certificate

The boiler is a Worcester Bosch model Greenstar 24i junior. It was installed 10 years ago and has recently developed an "Ignition lockout" fault (as per the blinking pattern of the status LED and the manual), after being switched off at the power supply.

We need someone to fix this issue and also install a flume kit, as a recent survey by an engineer found that the boiler vent is too close to the kitchen vent (<30cm).

We already have the appropriate Worcester Bosch flume kit at the property but it needs to be fitted. PLEASE NOTE: the property is in a council block, so the wall (ceiling) that the bracket which holds up the long exhaust pipe for the flume kit needs to be attached to is made of CONCRETE. Hence you need to bring appropriate kit (e.g. 36V power drill and appropriate drill bits if required).

Lastly, once both these items have been taken care off, we need a new gas safety certificate issued as the property is about to be relet.

We value speed of response as we are looking to relet the property asap and the tenant is ready to move in.
