Rcd breaker fault - Electrical job in Glasgow, Lanarkshire

Customer description

The rcd breaker for all sockets except the kitchen ones has popped and won't reset. The boiler also runs off the same rcd. Tried unplugging all appliances and fault remains. Happened three weeks ago and reset rcd breaker ok, but now this doesn't seem to be possible.
