Justin was great, very thorough throughout the process! Took that little bit longer than other architects to talk me through his thoughts, took the time to understand the brief but challenged me back where he could see a problem or where he thought an idea would add unnecessary cost to the build! He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, he told me what I needed to hear! Sadly, we’ve had to push pause on submitting the plans for planning permission for now just because I had unforeseen costs arise that mean I want to wait until I am in a better position financially to proceed. Justin has been very understanding and I look forward to picking things back up with him hopefully in the not too distant future!
