Customer description

Inspected bathroom and found the leak to be coming from the isolation tap connector and fill valve thread on toilet. Isolated cold water mains, removed isolation tap connector and temporary capped the cold supply to cistern. Reinstated cold water supply to property and inspected for any further leaks. No leak found. Remedial works required to supply and install new bottom entry fill valve, possible decoration works to be confirmed when property has completely dried & advise flooring In bathroom is blown due to water damage .
