There are few small bits and pieces repair works which has been highlighted by the Surveyor's report which needs to be fixed. 1.Paving to the left hand sideway too high abutting the damp proof course to the side extension. The entire length needs to be 150mm below DPC . 2. Couple of places (guttering) needs to be repaired/ fixed. 3. Defective Render to the base of the external wall to be repaired/fixed. 4. Defective brickwork/pointing to the front elevation to be repaired/fixed. 5. Flashings & repointing to the left and right hand side elevation chimney stack to be fixed. 6.Some spots of moss on the roof tiles – To be cleared 7. Broken tiles (6-8) needs to be fixed on the roof. 8 Metal trays need to be fixed around the soil stack which interrupts the gutter to the left hand side elevation. 9. Garden Shed & its door to be repaired. 10. Flat roof to be check for any moss and cleared. 11.Original zinc flashings to the joints between the right hand chimney stack and abutting roof tiles needs to be fixed.
