Customer description

Hi,

I am looking to appoint an professional to produce the relevant construction documents to obtain a building warrant and/or planning permission if required. . The proposal will include a single storey extension to the rear of the property only and will be approx 28m2. The existing property would most likely suit masonry cavity wall w/suspended timber floor construction.

We have located a number of planning applications from the surrounding area on similar properties which should help the design process.
