Full wiring of a new outbuilding bedroom/bathroom/shed - Electrical job in Clapham Junction, South London

Job description

Looking for an electrician to start this job ASAP, it’s ready for first fixing now.

It’s an outbuilding that’s been structurally completed and will be plasterboarded and plastered soon after the first fix electrics are done.

The armoured cables have been laid from the house to the new building, but apart from that the whole job is what it is.

The job is in Clapham Junction SW11 and parking cards are £7 for a day.

Here’s a summary, questions welcome but please do read the summary to understand what I need. I will favour a reasonable price and a quick start date. I will also favour people who state a price in the reply to me so we can prevent wasting each others time.

First fix materials should be part of the quote but I don't mind buying 2nd fix materials once we form a list.

Michael was positive and friendly about my job at all times. It was a reasonably large and involved job and Michael had to attend around 8 separate times and was always willing and able to agree times and was reliable turning up at those times which is always helpful when several different jobs/trades are going on at once. Thanks Michael I appreciate it.
