Feedback for JP Electrical Solutions

John did a re wire of our house back in January and February last year and due to understandable unforseeable circumstances it was completed in may. It was at this point that John informed us that he was not napit registered as previously stated but was waiting for a new registration with elesca. After attempts at regular contacts to find out when this work could be certified, we were given various reasons about why it had not happened yet and were even told that we should just be patient (after six months!). Eventually we felt that we needed to move it forward and told John that if it was not completed in a short period of time then we would have to leave bad feedback. He then told us that he did not like threats and found me rude and aggressive. He then offered to certify it that week but only if my girlfriend was home alone or nobody in the house at all. She felt uncomfortable with both these options and therefore we decided not to go ahead with the certificate and even though we had already paid John we decided to pay for another electrician to do the certificate which passed with no problems.

JP Electrical Solutions's reply:

Unfortunately some people don't appreciate what you do for them and don't take into account your buisiness doesn't revolve around them . This individual has a problem with patients and doesn't seem to care about bereavement in a family . But who does until it happens to them . AVery selfish individual . Tested with no faults I think that speaks for its self !!!!!!!
