Feedback for reference kitchens ltd

I hired Reference Kitchen to install my kitchen. To get the job Richard was very friendly and said exactly what you want to hear.

Richard is a thief he kept the material ie color fill, edging tape which I had paid for as part of my kitchen when I asked him back he became very Confrontational and was not happy as he got caught out stealing,Richard then returned them the next day.
Richard was very unprofessional he damaged my door. Tiles from the walls have already started to comeoff within couple of days of him tiling and the grout has started to crack he will not correct it. He did not install the pelmet, lights or ladder which was discussed with him in the initial quote.

cutlery draw he could not even put together the tray which is part of the kitchen and he said he has never seen this before and left it to me to get it sorted. We agreed on a price for which I have evidence later he started mourning and demanded extra money.
Richard was so inconsiderate that he even brought his girlfriend from work in the evening to my house in my absence. Richard did not turn up and made a lame excuse. We then agreed on the next availabe date which was on the 22/12 and that he will finish off the work but instead he became very abusive and sent me very threatening and abusive messages and said he will not finish the job.

Richard has ruined our Christmas and we are left with an unfinished Kitchen. Just to sort his mistakes out I will now have to spend a fortune.

reference kitchens ltd's reply:

please contact me if you have concern towards kens feedback he had a very unrealistic view as to what is included in a kitchen installation i did multiple extras and supplied materials for free but just asked for an additional £40 at the end of the job to cover my fuel and a hours labour to come and fit some missing items from his kitchen and explained to him that if he orders me a door to replace the one i drilled a hole in the wrong location i would take the cost off the £100 he had left to pay on the quoted works to which he agreed then due to ken not being able to get the parts and my van braking down a dispute started and i advised ken to keep the £100 which more than covers the damaged door and a bag of grout for the widow sill edge
