• Renovation: Basic outline plans (for quotes and planning application)

Customer description

I need some advice on space planning/designing as we are looking to create a large open plan space by removing 2 load bearing walls to form large kitchen, dining, living space. Will also need (when we get to that point) structural survey report to remove the load bearing walls.
