We have a terrraced property and we are looking to change the layout of our downstairs and refurbish it completely to make a bigger kitchen / dining area and replace the existing conservatory with a lean-to that will cover the whole of the back of the house. We need the kitchen to be extended and replaced, we have a utility room downstairs thats needs to be removed to make way for the new lay out, replace all the existing flooring, and introduce additional radiators to properly service the area. We want to see if some of the existing walls can be removed to make way for the additonal space. Also our three bathrooms need their floors levelled and re-tiled.
