Customer description

Skim walls and ceiling in hallway and landing. Landing ceiling has a stipple effect and will be scraped down. Hall ceiling and sloping ceiling above stairs have been plaster boarded and will be scrim taped. Total area to be plastered 25m2 (=area+10%). I have been told previously it would be 2 days work for one person, or 1 day with someone (me) mixing the plaster. When the temperatures were adverse he took on additional help without adjusting the quote or delaying the job and finished ahead of schedule.
