nico, was very pleasant and polite all the time, arriving promptly and staying late to finish the job was never a problem.
he had worked very hard and fixed many cowboy fittings which had been done before we had moved into the house, without charging extra.
His work was at a very high standard, and if we were not completly happy with something, changing it was never a problem.
we have just hired him for another job, as he is that good, friendly and well priced.
he also knows where to get cheap hardware etc, which is just the icing on the cake.
