Customer description

1 toilet has a very weak flush & is leaking water from the cistern through the kitchen ceiling below. The other toilets cistern filler/ bullcock is playing up, overfilling, not filling at all, squealing and whining. Also have a small leak under my kitchen sink that requires attention.
