Customer description

Several slipped/missing tiles on the roof of our 1930s style semi-detached house. Tiles are hip and ridge tiles and may require repointing. This has caused a slight stain on the ceiling of our spare bedroom. The location of the stain is consistent with where the tiles are missing on the roof. Not sure of the age of the roof.
