Customer description

Planning permission gained for rear dining/kitchen extension plus erection of side utility room positioned to rear of garage. Involves putting wall up in through-lounge to section off lounge, knocking through wall between kitchen and dining room, then extending property by 2.5 metres in total to rear to make large kitchen/diner. Also involves converting larder in to small cloakroom and adding small toilet or shower room within utility space. We are re-using rear windows/french doors as only 3 years old but will need new window & back door in utility.
Will require footings, building work, roofing, velux windows, internal electrics, boarding, plastering etc. Depending on price, plumbing may be provided by another trades-person. Do not necessarily need supply of kitchen however open to advice. Have had 3 builders promise quotes already. All have either not come back to us or quoted a silly price. No time wasters please.
