Kelly has been a joy to work with as a tradesman. She was hired to replace and upgrade our consumer unit and certify the electrics throughout the house. She arrived on time, took a good view of the project and clearly explained what she needed to do. The work was completed very professionally and competently and I especially appreciated that she took the time to both explain what she had done and cleaned up afterwards.

Kelly also identified another issue within our system around the wiring insulation in a circuit. Although within the reasonable range for granting our certification, she has taken the time to pin-point it and rectify it, all within the original quote.
