Customer description

I run a cake design business and need to convert my garage into a stand alone kitchen. The roof needs lining and boarding (tiles are fine), walls insulating, boarding, skimming and tiling, water connecting from mains into garage, floor levelling and tiled, patio doors and single door installed.
I'm not sure if Building Regulations approval is required for this job and would like some advice.
