Mark was very detailed in his quote for the job I wanted doing, and when speaking on the phone was very polite and courteous. When I sent a text requesting the job be done he replied within an hour and came out the same day. He did not leave my house until he had checked every aspect of the job he had done, and even spent time chatting with me in general, never once looking at the time. A thoroughly likeable person, and I would highly recommend him for any job he quotes for.
