The house has a system boiler and hotwater cylinder. Hotwater flow from all taps and shower is poor. I suspect either the feed from the coldwater tank or the hotwater cylinder has furred up. There is a tap on the cold water feed that won't turn so its possible this is not fully open.

The bathroom sink is only attached to the base unit with Silcone, the sink protudes out of the base unit and has become detached. The sink needs removing and re-installing (with the correct adhesive).
