Job description

Hi - I am looking for a qualified Structural Engineer. I have a 2 storey semi-detached house. On the ground floor, there is a hallway leading from the front door to the rear door (Garden) with access to stairs/ kitchen. The lower hallway wall, which separates the hall from 2 lower ground rooms - is a load bearing wall (half the length only). The 2 lower rooms have been knocked into one. The separating wall that was between the 2 rooms was only partially removed - there is an 'arch'. Sitting above the 2 rooms are 2 bedrooms.

I would like the wall in the lower hallway and partial arch in the 2 rooms removed. I do not know if the arch already has a steel joint in place to the whole width of the room.

Can you help with this requirement.

Ideally, I would like to arrange any viewings/ inspections from Monday, 11/03 between 10am - 4pm if possible. Many thanks Darren

Feedback for hemis

I requested in writing, the quotation with details of the agreed price and exactly what this entails. I write this the evening before the day Dan is suppose to do the work and I still have no idea of the details or confirmation that he will turn up. I have not a clue what I am paying for nor whether or not Dan will turn up so I no longer to work with Dan.
