Customer description

Oven was wired into a normal plug top instead of being hardwired into a cooker switch. Oven stopped working the other day and when we checked the fuse has burned through the plug top and also scorched the front of the socket plate. Looking to get wire from oven checked and rewired to a cooker switch. Also want to ensure that the scorched socket is working properly.
