Customer description

We have a leak from the bathroom into the kitchen, doesn't appear to be from the bath or sink. Unable to check the exact location as bathroom floor is tiled. Have since been advised to cut from the ceiling end to locate the leak. The leak appears to be have become worse and so would need someone out quite quickly please.
