Customer description

We have a problem with a double glazed window in an upstairs bedroom that howls loudly whenever the wind picks up. We think it’s likely that it needs resealing on the outside as we are able to reduce the sound with a strip of masking tape over one side of the window boarder.

We are looking for someone to assess the problem and fix.
