Customer description

Damp on ground floor walls but also on west facing 1st & 2nd floor walls. Plaster in poor condition on some walls. Symptoms include black mould and damp patches. House has been rented out for several years but is now unoccupied and most likely cause is condensation. Quote wanted for tanking & replastering of relevant areas but other suggestions welcome.
