• Loft conversion: Full regulation plans (for builders & building regs)

Hello,

We are currently building a single story extension, and in the new year plan to start a loft conversion.

The extension is a permitted build and I believe the loft conversion will be a permitted build too.

I have done plans and layouts myself that have took us this far.

I have a structural engineer who requires my plans to be put into a workable CAD format showing through sections for his calculations and plans
