New flat roof required on a low pitched extension - Roofing (Pitched) job in Dunstable, Bedfordshire

Job description

We have a new single story extension that has been built at the rear of the property. Simple gable design for the vaulted roof has been made up with 7x2 C24 timber. The pitch of the roof is only 7 degrees because of the new need to come in under the window cils of the main house. Thus using tiles is not an option and a 3 layer felt roof of high quality felt is required to be laid. Its a simple gable design measuring 6 x 6 metres and has 2 veluxes on upstands that the felt needs to rise up the upstands on once the windows have been fitted. So experience of fitting skylights an advantage.

Job is ready now to start so as soon as would be required. Quote to include all materials you will need plus labour.

Feedback for D S Roofing

Dennis came to lay a flat roof for us in Dunstable on a new extension. He laid a 3 layer felt room and installed lead flashing between the old building and the new extension. He also did the facias and soffits and installed 2 velux styled windows.
He was punctural and came to do the job even during the Christmas break and helped us complete the task quickly. Job done.
