Job description

Kitchen ceiling needs skimming / re-finishing.

Ceiling dimensions are approx 4.5 x 4.5m. Square room with chimney breast - with an alcove on one side, and a fitted cup-board on the other. There are nine recessed spotlights. Ceiling height is 2.8m.

Existing plaster has quite a light sand / stucco finish (do not think it is artex). There are cracks at the board edges from a bathroom leak some time ago (the boards seem fine though). There are also some areas of poor quality filling / patchwork - e.g. where old light fittings have been removed.

No firm preference for finishes. Would be happy to replicate the sand / stucco finish that is already there - whatever works best, given the existing condition.

Flexible in terms of timescales.
