Loft conversion to semi detached house. Staircase and ensuite bathroom needed. Looking to complete early next year when weather improves as roof will need redoing. 1950s property. Looking to create master and ensuite. Dormer needed on rear facing roof and skylight on other side. Planning advice would be needed. Property owner. I am looking for a price guide at this stage, looking at doing project early next year
