I would like a small extension to my flat roof kitchen about 5/6 foot. It would be a very basic extension with electrics and moving of bluming (sink & washing machine)

I have no plans or planning permission as yet as I am not sure if I will need these If at all possible it would be great if you could also install a new kitchen too.
