Overall happy with the work. The finish of the felt isn't "picture perfect" as there are a couple of faint bootprints on there which for most properties wouldn't be a problem but as we overlook the roof from the stairs window it is a little bit of a shame but perhaps that is always a risk with the heat-based felting process. The edging looks much neater than the previous roof and most importantly a couple of years on and no leaks. There were some tricky details also with a sunken section and rooflight. They offered a very competitive price and the guarantee, so overall happy.
