Victorian exterior renovation + boundary wall rebuild - Restoration & Refurbishment job in Highgate, North London

Job description

Our project is composed of two distinct parts: 1) We would like the facade of our building (large Victorian mansion building circa 1890) to be renovated to its former glory. We expect the job to require: • cleaning, stripping and re-painting all of the white decorative wood work across the building (incl. all windows, doors and trims) • Replacing/repair any of the damaged fascia boards • Repairing both victorian roof spires • Cleaning of the London yellow brick facade (cleaning with acid and jet wash) 2. Separately, we need a new boundary wall to be build to replace the existing one which collapsed a few months ago. We were thinking that a gabion or a railway sleeper wall could do the trick but are open to suggestions.

In addition to cost and estimated timeline, would you please let us know your earliest availability.

Many thanks

Feedback for Tamasi Ltd

Szilard of Tamasi Ltd has now delivered over 5 projects for us. Although each of these projects have been very different from each other in scale and scope, Szilard and his team did demonstrate the same care and dedication: they provided us with the same expertise, attention to detail and most of all reliability. Qualities that are really hard to come by when dealing with many London builders!
Most recently, Tamasi Ltd successfully completed external work on our period Victorian building in Highgate, repairing and restoring it to its former glory while also rebuilding a boundary wall that had collapsed. Dealing with period building is not simple but Tamasi Ltd was quick in responding to any of the issues that arose by providing us with alternative solutions and/or options. This means that the project was delivered to a high standard and match our vision.
Always considerate and cleaning after each work day, Szilard and his team have made this renovation work almost painless! We highly recommend him and his team and are truly looking forward working with Tamasi on our next renovation project.
