We're refurbishing a small one-bed flat built in the mid-1980s.

There is no gas supply and water is heated electrically.

The hot water cylinder is an Elson 600 E with normal and off-peak electricity supply.

It's located in a hallway cupboard, next to the bathroom.

The cylinder seems to work, but it looks quite old -- possibly the original one installed when the flat was built.

We'd like to get a quote for replacing it.

There's one bathroom (toilet, basin, bath with shower) and one kitchen (sink).

The flat is currently unoccupied, so there are no timing restrictions on when the work can take place. However, we are hoping to get this work done as soon as possible: ideally in the next two weeks.
