Replace old front door with a new fire door - Carpentry & Joinery job in Islington, North London

Job description

We are the leaseholders of a flat in HOXTON. Hackney council (the Freeholders of the block) require new fire doors to be fitted to each of the flats. They specify that the doors have to conform to:
FD30S BS 476 Part 22
We can source suitable doors but the companies don't appear to offer to install the doors, so we need to have the new door installed correctly by people experienced in installing these types of doors.
We live in Devon and the flat is tenanted and the tenants know that the flat needs a new front door. We shall put the tenants in touch with a) door supplier company and b) the installation people who will remove the old door and replace it with the new door, fitting it with security locking system (not supplied by door manufacturers, we believe).

Or we can pass the whole job to an experienced firm who will supply and fit the new door (and remove the old door).

I look forward to hearing from interested persons/companies.

Regardds, Mrs Jackie Starkie

Re: Firedoor for our flat in Hoxton, London, N1.
Frank Mangan and his firm, has supplied and fitted a new Firedoor to our London flat. We wanted a modern stylish looking door that was also safe and secure and to BS 476 part 22 specification. We chose a lovely blue colour and a door with two vertical obscure glass panes on the door. Frank delivered exactly what we wanted, complete with letterbox, number plate and spyhole, plus extra secure locks. The door is a vast improvement on the previous old door and looks very safe, secure and very stylish.
We would recommend Frank to anyone requiring a firedoor as a first-class firm to deal with. We shall keep his contact details for any other works that may be needed in the future at the flat.
