I would have loved to write a positive message about this company's workmanship, but unfortunately did not get the chance to evaluate that on this job.

The job was supposed to be started on Friday morning. Got a phone call on Friday morning to say they couldn't make it. I had taken a day off work, but didn't mind too much as everyone has problems that crop up from time to time, and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Was told they would start now on Monday morning.

We waited all morning on Monday for them to turn up, but got a text message at 11:15 saying they were running late, had come round, and tried to call but couldn't contact us (My phone has voicemail and we were actively looking out for the workmen). They could now start the work on the Wednesday, but we declined given the experience.

I am sure there is a good explanation for this, but I don't think we'll be using this company again.
